Love the customer service and service depaetments! In 2008 I needed a new car but due to recent divorce my credit was great. At first I was turned down but a few weeks later the finance department called me and told me worked with certain banks and my loan was aapproved. Shame on you Central Avenue Nissan,! I left my car for service got my ticket # & was awaiting for my car in waiting area. I found out my car was damaged, Nissan doesn't want to take any responsibility. Very disrespectful people in the service department. Service manager didn't even bother to call me back! I was so pleased with people in Sale Department but Service Dept. is very disorganized and not easy to deal with, very unprofessional and way to far from the kindness.
Went to renew my lease to a 2015 Rogue, and the service was just as good and better than the last one. Want to thank Nicole, Scott, and Chris for their wonderful service and friendliness.
Never ever buy a car here. Horrible customer service. They sold us a certified used car that supposedly passed inspection. The car has a major problem and one week later still isn't fixed. No help from the managers or nissan corporate. NEVER AGAIN
