I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife and was very please with the pricing and how I was treated at Central Autos! The purchase process was the quickest I've ever seen and when I had some issues with our Jeep, they took care of them for me and right away.
My son is on a fly fishing trip from Ft. Worth and hit a deer and totaled his jeep. He found Central Motors after the insurance company settled; they were extremely cordial,fair and made him a great deal. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a Ford Contour from Central Autos. The salesman was great and very honest. The price was right. However, I have had to turn the car in twice to get the heater fixed. They keep saying they will either fix it or get me another car. I'm trusting their integrity to do just that. I have a large family and many of them buy cars there also. The only other thing wrong is that they sold me the car and the glove box doesn't close. I will let you know how all this pans out. Stay tuned!
This was a great car buying experience! I already knew the car I wanted, I already had financing from my credit union, so that helped move the process along some, but the service we received, and the amount of time it took was amazing! Found the car online, called, and was told to come on down to look at it, Got right into the car for a test drive, and after getting back it only took about 20 min total to sign all the paperwork. I recently bought a used vehicle from Central Autos and I could not be happier. The description listing the vehicle was accurate, the buying process was simple, the dealer was accomodating, and gave me an extremely fair value on my trade. I reluctantly drove around 500 miles to get to the dealership, but once I walked in the door, it was well worth twice the distance and would do it again! Even placing several phone calls to the dealership beforehand was met with kindness! Thank you Jared and Daniel!
Not a good experience – It says in their vehicle info on their site that these have gone through a "thorough inspection and have no known problems" The thorough inspection isn't the truth. And the "no known problems is up for a maybe - maybe not. The vehicle I drove had brake lights out, a "maintenance required" light flashing (timing belt+) the radio had to be re-programed and the transmission shifts abnormally when cold.
