1st of all, I will Never go back to these "people" they try to sell you Everything when all you need is an oil change-which I let them do. I decided to do my next oil change-armed with metric and standard sockets-And I needed a (Breaker bar) to remove drain bolt-which was (Severely Overtightened) and ended up stripping. I then managed to get stripped bolt out with a pair of vice grips and Both Hands. Then an additional trip to auto parts store for a new drain bolt Stay away from this Expensive Substandard place.
Everytime I bring my car to this place I feel very confident the guys are going to take good care of it. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. You need work done on your car, bring it here. You'll be glad you did! 👍
I brought my Truck to Matthew for new brake pads, rotors, fluid and new Tires. I needed it to be done quickly for a trip I had planned and not only did the job get done fast, but Matthew gave me great advice on tires and had a cool way to show me updates via text. Great experience!
These guys tried to rob me with overpriced services. Had an axel break on my car and when I got it towed here I was quoted for $1200 for just the axel! I ended up doing my own research and found a place that only charged me $250 for the same repair. Be very careful with these guys; before you go with them for a repair I would seriously research to make sure you can’t get a better deal than what they’re offering.
I came to Central Automotive last year when my car had some issues shifting gears. I had an extended service contract that I'd never used before but Israel and Matt helped me through the process. They were amazing, really advocating for me with the service contract company to get me the best coverage, and my car came back running really well.
