they treat customers like crap lie to them about service they don't do won't honor warranty don't recommend them going to a different dealer...... we were told when we brought it in the first time that they warrantied it and replace the water pump and thermostat Mahindra contacted us yesterday and said no warranty work has ever been performed on this tractor that they will be contacting this dealer to speak with him about it and to take this tractor to be fixed at another dealer also the owner of this dealer refuses to speak... read more

I’m not one to bad mouth or bash a business on Facebook but I have had enough Central Arkansas Mahindra has had our lawn mower since April 1 and have yet to fix it and it’s June 17!! It is covered under warranty and when I call I talk to several different people and not a one knows what is going on with it or when it will be fixed everyone of them has given me a different story of to why is has yet to be touched I have been up there in person And spoke to the Jack wagon over the service department and that was a joke.....to ... read more
