Great customer service. Bought new side by side a week ago and absolutely love it. Had a headlight go out and they had no problem replacing it for us. All employees were very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend Central Arkansas Mahindra.
Horrible customer service! The service manager wouldn't return phone calls regarding our tractor. The mechanics are incompetent, they had our tractor for 6 weeks and still couldn't or wouldn't fix it! Such a waste of time! I would not recommend ever setting foot on this property!
Bought a lawnmower from here, brand new. We’ve had nothing but problems with it. We’ve had it 2 years and it’s been in their shop a few times the past couple months. Every time they’d drop it back off, it’d mess up again if not the same day but soon after. Now the engine is out and of course the warranty went out 3 months ago 🙄 We’re still paying payments on this, and it hasn’t even gotten enough hours for its first service.

A BIG NO!!! Had our tractor for two months now. Service manager will not return calls. The rest of them just feed us a big lie!
