Useless, greedy, and incompetent. Avoid this place. This place was useless. The guy I spoke with was too cocky to listen to my question before answering me.
Huge Stock - Ability to Special Order We do a lot of remodeling and often have an idea of exactly what we want. Many times, we can't get specialty items through Home Depot or Lowes. Central Arizona Supply always has what we are looking for (or can get it). They have several locations, too. The only downside is how busy they are. We try to avoid going on Saturday. Useless, greedy, and incompetent. Avoid this place. This place was useless. The guy I spoke with was too cocky to listen to my question before answering me. I tried to ask again, and again was presented with a solution to a problem that didn't exist. I finally got him to shut up long enough to complete my question. Then he told me there was no solution or replacement part available. He said the valve unit needed to be replaced at a cost of $95.00. I found a solution elsewhere for $7.

Central Arizona Supply is busy for a reason I have done business with this company for a long time and they have always been great. For family businesses this is the best! Huge inventory and great showroom, they have been known for plumbing parts but I have gotten great decorative plumbing too. They sometimes are very busy and you have to wait, but that means a lot of people know about them. So be patient and avoid at lunch time and Saturdays if you need a lot of attention!
You Can Find It Here! This family owned and very successful business carries items you cannot find any place else. They are very busy but I have not had a problem with the staff being less than helpful. I can highly recommend this business.
Had what I needed When every other place did not have what I need, this company did. Staff is good, but not overly helpful. If you know what you need, they will have it, but don't expect much more.
