Excellent service and advice for an Extreme Novice
Great service. I went here to replace the missing trim on a shower valve for a family member's house. The parts desk was able to help me identify the valve I was looking to repair and sold me everything I needed for the job.
Contractors told us not to go here - we didn’t listen. I like to give my business to local companies being a developer from out of state. Our sales lady was rude, non responsive and just plain mean AFTER we placed our order. Next project we will buy from Build. Com.
Fast, knowledgeable, friendly with a large inventory. I went there to pick up a shower faucet part for my sister in law's 1971 trailer. They knew exactly what it was and fixed me up.
Dave is the absolute BEST!! Total Rockstar!! He knows his products and he knows customer service!! A family had a gas control valve go out on Friday afternoon and it was discovered what the issue was on Friday evening. I called first thing Saturday morning to see if we could get a warranty part and of course everything is closed on Saturday.
