I could never travel if it weren't for CAI. Every time I have a concern or special request they respond to it quickly. I love being able to watch my dogs day or night and knowing they are being handled with care and kindness. One of the techs even sat on the floor and spent a moment with my very elderly dog. Last winter I had an emergency and was admitted to the hospital; they took all three at the last moment even staying late waiting for a friend to drop them off. Cannot say enough good about these folks!
We love central animal inn! They take great care of our fur babies while were gone. The staff are nice and professional! We would definitely recommend anyone to take their animals here!!
Clean, nice staff. Our dogs are treated like kings. Last time the staff even opened doors and help load my vehicle :)
They treat our dog Bridget like family. We completely trust the staff to take great care of her when we board her. And the groomers are top notch!
