We left our two babies while on vacation. I was anxious as we haven’t left them before, however Kaylen eased my fears and my babies were just fine while we were gone. They came home freshly bathed and happy.
My doggies are always well taken care of, and I love that they can room together, it’s comforting for them and for me.
They need to check their employees. Horrible horrible horrible. Maybe keep them off facebook?
Our dogs Mack and Izzy are well taken care of here. You can tell the staff really cares about the well being of the pets!
In the past, we were very happy with the Inn. We left our Airedale several times. They were much better than the place we tried earlier. But for some reason, our last visit wasn't as successful. When we picked up our dog, she was limping badly. They didn't notice. They say they check on the animals regularly, but we never got a call. Things happen, but we would have asked a Vet to take a look. When I contacted them about it and left my number (twice) I never heard back. It took her a week to recover full use of her leg. Wouldn't want to take my dog or cat anywhere else. I love the staff here. Always so professional and caring. Would recommend their grooming or boarding services to anyone.
