Terrible experience. I brought my dog in because he couldn’t open his eyes and was clearly in pain. When I arrived, the staff told me the wait would be around 30 minutes. After waiting just 5 minutes, same staff came out and told me they were closing soon and wouldn’t be able to see him at all. Completely unprofessional and heartless—this is supposed to be a place that cares about animals. I had to rush somewhere else to get my dog help. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Cold and unempathetic.
These people don’t care about your pets. They care about your money.
Called as a new client. The puppy we have already has its first shots. She tried to upsell me saying if you wait more then 4 weeks the vet will make you get the first shots again. That’s called a money scam/grab. Never heard that in my life. I have waited a long time with my other dogs and never had a problem. The girl on the phone also sounded young. Got an appointment with another vet and was super easy. My advice is to call other places that know what they are talking about.
