Great place very help full and friendly.
This morning my husband called central animal hospital as my Lab has been not feeling well for a couple days and we needed him to be seen. We have seen this vet before for both our dogs and decided to call this our vet since moving here to Kamloops. I am extremely disappointed as they have denied seeing my dog as they say they are fully booked and had nothing to offer us. Dr. Alex is magnificent! 💜 She is a great listener, caring, and offers several suggestions while being patient, respectful and never pushy. If she feels something would be best for your pet, she will kindly repeat what she believes to be the best way forward, without making you feel like she's already mentioned it. I appreciate her calm demeanor, especially when we were really struggling with our senior pup's pain management. He went from daily pain and trying to hide it, to becoming puppy-like again.
