This place wanted to put my dog down, because she had a complex situation and they didn’t know what exactly was going on. Took her to Neighborhood clinic (now the vet is the owner of phases) and she gave my dog 2 more years of happy and healthy life!! Don’t let these guys put down your dog before a second opinion.

This morning my husband called central animal hospital as my Lab has been not feeling well for a couple days and we needed him to be seen. We have seen this vet before for both our dogs and decided to call this our vet since moving here to Kamloops. I am extremely disappointed as they have denied seeing my dog as they say they are fully booked and had nothing to offer us. Dr. Alex is magnificent! 💜 She is a great listener, caring, and offers several suggestions while being patient, respectful and never pushy. If she feels something would be best for your pet, she will kindly repeat what she believes to be the best way forward, without making you feel like she's already mentioned it.
