This is a wonderful place! I take my kids here and today when my son got seen for an ear infection the doctor and nurses was so sweet and gentle. The doctor held my son and comforted him while the nurses ran a strep test and blood work. I highly recommend this place all the doctors and nurses I've met here are really good with the kids.
I feel they did an excellent job! Had no problems whatsoever & left feeling good like I am on the road to recovery!
Staff is not what it use to be... will tell you phoning in a prescription and doesn’t happen... hours of operation on the door states 9 pm took the liberty to drive down after waiting at the drugstore for over an hour waiting for the prescription to be called in which never happened
I generally try to avoid any type of medical facility for obvious reasons, but I’ve got to give credit where it’s due. I went to this facility this evening for a minor situation, and was in and out quickly. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely amazing in every way. I hope I never have to visit them again, haha—but if I do, I’ll be looking forward to the same type of care I had today. They surpassed all my expectations!
I took my daughter to see the doctor tonight and it was by far the best experience I have had at a doctor's office. We saw Linda Alvis, CRNP, very friendly and she took her time with my daughter and was in no rush. The entire staff was very friendly. I now know why they have a successful business and we will definitely be back.
Since Doctor Mark Fruendt left the care here has gone way down. The owner Steven L Aderholt is Walker county district 4 commissioner and he is of the belief that all who have medicaid are able bodied workers who should be in the work force. It doesn't matter that someone like me who worked since I was 14 and paid into the system who has become disabled thru no fault of my own and had to fight stiff minded people to get what I paid into the system.
