I can't say enough about the staff and service received from Central Air Systems. Last summer the owner Steve came to the house to review my old A/C system that needed replacing and went over all the choices of units, companies, pros and cons and best of all came in with the best price out of the 3 estimates I had received. Greg was very accommodating with scheduling install around my needs. I upgraded my HVAC system to Bosch Heat Pumps/AC. Central Air Systems is the only company to go to. Steve and his team at Central Air walked me through everything and brought the Federal Tax credit to my attention. Kyle and the installation crew did the same. He let me know everything that was going to happen and what was being done. My home was every bit as clean as when then started. Would not hesitate to use them again with any HVAC needs and would and have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks again Steve.
Three years ago this company installed a boiler with an upside down relief valve and an undersized main circulator, leading to system failure and no heat this winter for my 83 year old father, living alone. After $2k emergency repair, another $5k to fix.
Kyle , Ryan and the crew were excellent . They came when they said . Worked non-stop , were professional , meticulous and just down right pleasurable . Could not give enough Kudos . I give them 6 stars on a 5 star scale .
