Had a new Lenox central system installed by Central Air Systems, Inc. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. They were considerate of our home and left everything spotless. Would definitely recommend them without reservation.
I am deeply disappointed with the current state of this business. It appears there is a significant lack of investment in experienced staff, which has negatively impacted the quality of service. The focus seems to be primarily on cost-cutting measures, potentially at the expense of customer satisfaction and employee expertise. As a family-owned business, I expected a greater sense of responsibility and care for both customers and staff, but unfortunately, this has not been my experience. Central Air Systems Inc installed our new central air and heat pump this week. They were excellent! The whole crew were so nice and knowledgeable, Kyle, Ryan, and Chris did an amazing job. My house was left spotless! During the install they made sure we were happy with the location of the vents and afterwards showed us how the thermostat works. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Extremely happy with the whole company! The price was also competitive and they handled the rebate process as well. I highly recommend them.
