When I selected this company, I chose it because it was highly rated by the Better Business Bureau and I could use my own electrician. I really didn't have more to go with, than that. Well, I was very happily surprised at how the whole group of friendly, helpful guys worked in perfect synchonicity. They paid attention to things in my home making sure that they would not get damaged; and drop cloths were placed everywhere making sure that things were kept clean. Carlos and crew were great installers. Very knowledgeable, polite , did a great job and cleaned up.
I asked for an estimate for replacement or mini split and a guy who was in desperate need of boots cause his were totally ripped off the sole measured my old system for at least 45 min. and no estimate came after over a month so I don't know... they are busy being good or busy being cheap or shy to give estimates.
Communication was great. I Had my central air vent cleaned out. The cleaning of the vents was clean, the service man who came left a mess as seen in pictures. I recently had this room painted and there are brown/black specs of liquid all off the walls. Also the vent were reinstalled very sloppy. Not level/straight and screws not fully sent home.
