My understanding was that my original appointment technician had to call out the day of my appointment. In order not to need to reschedule another technician came in on his day off ! What a GREAT company and LOYAL employees! The technician had a very professional manner and knowledge of the procedure. He made us aware of everything he was going to do and finished right on time! Fabulous! The crew was on time, friendly, thorough in their explanation of the work, and in the job done. I had a different company clean my ducts 2 yrs ago, and it may as well have not been done. They just took my money. Central Air did a great job of cleaning the WHOLE system.
