Like others have said, after being a loyal customer to them for years it constantly feels like I am bringing taken advantage of. Ryan has been our service tech more than once and we have found him also to be inattentive. He does not like being observed which is a red flag. It feels like he is always killing time tbh. Brief Version: Unethical and dishonest employee, Ryan, actively sabotaged my effort to prevent potential freeze damage at my rental property by lying to me about the room temperature, as he tried to cover for his negligence and incompetence. Very bad experience with Centraire regarding a gas leak repair. Very unprofessional and almost a creepy vibe from the so called technician. (Found the guy wandering around in my shed for no reason...!!!) Technician seemed rather uneducated in the field of gas repair. They claimed that they couldn't find a gas leak and left the gas line on. I too had a bad experience. My AC wasn't working right. I was new to the home and found the centraire sticker on my heater so I called them. They came out and worked a while and said they needed to replace all of the refrigerant or whatever it is they drain and replace. A serviceman (I believe his name was John) came out the next day and worked a while. AC still not working after putting new fluid in. He was a chatty guy which is frustrating when you work from home.
