My roof was dark, dirty and stained, even where it was in full sun. After Dave and John were through it looked like new, and it only took a couple hours. They also took great care in protecting the house, landscaping, and anything else nearby. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would highly recommend their services.

Our clay tile roof was dirty after 12 years, particularly on the north side. (Not nearly as dirty as our neighbors' concrete tile roofs, though, even if they have been cleaned more often - something to recommend clay tile for. ) CentraFlo did a great job with the roof, but a few plants right under the roof line were dead the next day.
