They do an awesome job... for kids. For me I'm not to happy with my services. I had fell hard on ice. I went in with a complaint of my hip but brought up the concern I had fallen extremely hard on my right side. Doctor did a quick scan of my hip, stated the obvious that I would be bruised and sore. On my hip. I was left flabbergasted at the face that no other part of my body was checked since I brought up the concern of a hard fall. Still a decent nice place. Had an excellent experience all around on a busy Saturday. Dr. Smith was amazing with my son. I am so thankful for all the folks who give up their evenings, weekends and holidays in order to care for us and give us an alternative to the ER.
Two visits finally got med's for my 10year Old that has been sick for 9days with fever and fatigue plus no appetite first visit- only tested for Strep Which was negative second visit Still no tests taken even tho I asked maybe flu test or chest X-rays only shoved out the door with Antibiotics but asked to come back after 5 MORE days if still not feeling good. Not very happy. This was in Sauk Centre.
I was there for 2 hours. A much longer wait than they lead you to believe. Then I received my bill...NOT IMPRESSED!!!
The nurses and doctor where awesome! Little wait time.
I have been in this Urgency Care only twice and both times I was in and out within 90 minutes. They are polite, concerned, caring and professional. I loved it...And Molly is a great nurse.
Seen the same doctor as I did at the Coborns clinic. He made me feel stupid for bringing him in. Didn't like it at all cause he gave me the same reason as when I was at Coborns. Very frustrating cause my child was still very sick.
