Second set of windows we have purchased with Centra. Maz & Andrii did the install this time. Great job, easy to work with and professional. A tiny glitch with one slider window, which Centra promptly stopped by and fixed a couple days later.
We just had our windows installed in our mobile home and wow what a noticeable difference. Not only do the windows look fantastic inside and out, but right away we noticed how quiet it was and how warm it was too. The installers, TJ and Damon, were so professional and easy to talk to as well.They took special care to keep our home neat and tidy while they worked. They were so kind, and our kitten liked them too. Thank you Centra windows, we feel like we are part of the family now too.
Had Centra come to my home and waste my time measuring out my windows. I say wasted my time because I never got a follow-up quote from them. After waiting a week to be sent a quote, I emailed to remind them that I was waiting for a quote. No response. A few days later I called and was told by the call-taker that she'd have the rep who attended my house call me back. He never did. If this experience is at all reflective of their quality of work and service, I would suggest to avoid at all costs.
I had a new front door installed by Centra and am very happy so far. The door had a fairly long lead time, but LUKE and CARSON made up for it when they came and finally installed the door. The guys arrived on time, set up their work space in a very clean and professional manner. My house is 47 years old and 'not perfect', but the install went well, fast, and the end result is exactly what I imagined when I saw the quote and pictures of doors I picked from. Centra arrived early and completed the job installing 4 windows and an exterior door in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work. All question were answered and my house was left spotless. Thanks to Brendan, David, and Sherman for their excellent service.
