All I have to say is WOW! Big shout out to regional manager Pansy Palomino! We come from a long story my son and I. I had issues with the company prior to signing a lease or moving in. Just during the application phase. The application was denied due to the co-applicant having a misdemeanor and they refused to return part of the deposit paid, which is a direct violation of 92.351. Horrible customer service and management. Will also be filing a complaint with TREC, everyone else with an issue should do the same.
Where to start… I have never had such a bad experience even TRYING TO RENT/MOVE-IN somewhere. Omg. I submitted my application last week at Harbour Point in Webster,TX. Throughout the week I kept trying to get in touch with someone in the office to coordinate moving with my job and movers. No one hardly ever answered, so I had to drive there if I wanted any response and the office was closed during working hours (per Google). Finally leaving a looong honest review of my experience with elm creek and centra partners. 😊 Last day of lease is September 28th, gave my 60 days notice in advance. Got overcharged additional rent fees for past my move out day… I paid without noticing. Once I did, I spent a week trying to contact new assistant Bridget via email, text, and phone. I am in the middle of moving an hour away, so I can’t just go up to the office. Finally got a hold of Bridget, explained I needed a refund. She said the reason was because they did... read more
