Worst phone service ever! Decided not to even make an appointment after talking to a very unprofessional receptionist
Melissa Ramsdell is fabulous and the whole staff is so friendly and fast.
Doctors need to learn their place and abide by any requests asked to be done. If I want a MRI, order a MRI. None of you are paying for it, I am. Calling my primary ASAP to be transferred to the one on Tate Springs. *Edit: For anyone whose requests aren’t taken seriously by ANY doctor, and they tell you that tests/medications aren’t “necessary,” ask them to document their refusal in the chart. See if they’ll change their tune, then.*
Very Polite, Courteous, and well informed. They treated me with respect and told me everything i needed to know. One gripe is they close their phones early but that is common around here to turn off phones 15 minutes prior to close.
Love the experience with my NP- Ms. Wadell. Always great!
