I was sick about a week ago and had to go there and I waited almost 20 hrs to be told they see nothing . Let’s add that I couldn’t sit up I had to lay down that was clearly plain to see but they never gave me a bed and they had openings so I suffered laying in a chair in the hallway. But that’s not why I’m writing a review , it’s bc I want to apologize for my behavior for the other night I believe it was Sunday the 15 th at around 2 am . Centra Health has only made healthcare worse in Central Virginia. They have created a monopoly. ER wait times are ridiculously long. There are no other options or choices for healthcare because they've acquired (taken over) all of their competitors. We were OVERBILLED for a medical procedure and Centra REFUSES to issue a refund. They are holding our money hostage. If we owed them money, they wouldn't wait months for us to pay. Why should we wait months for a refund?
