My experience with this company; billed two invoices in October 2010 and as of April 19, 2011 still have not been paid. The total of both invoices \$649.00. Billed to Bay Park Apartments in Seabrook, Texas. Kandi Maxwell the property manager said they are waiting for money so they can pay the bill. REALLY \$649.00 STILL WAITING ITS BEEN SIX MONTHS
