I’m not even going to waste my time writing a long review but if you can avoid this place then please do so by any means! Horrible place, they could careless about the patients, I went with my mother and am forever traumatized by my experience. Just please don’t take your loved on here.
I have never seen anything so disgusting and run so poorly in my life! I went to the ER because 2 urgent cares did not accept my insurance (I’m from Ohio), it was late and I was in so much pain - made the huge mistake of going to this hospital because I was unfamiliar with the area and it was the closest. Words cannot even explain the unprofessionalism and extremely unsanitary conditions of this ER! I can’t stand this unprofessional Hospital my Brother was 42 and died because of them. I told the nurse to watch him and give him all the necessary tests. They did the opposite Thanks for sending my Brother to Heaven. Y’all better hope y’all make it there witch I doubt

My mentally ill adult daughter with diabetes had been missing for more than a week. Police took her to Centinela in pretty bad shape, sugar level off the charts. I was grateful she’d been found and that she was getting medical attention. I brought them copies of paperwork showing I was her conservator. She told them some harsh stories which is typical when she’s not doing well. I explained her condition to them (paranoid schizophrenia) but they still treated me like garbage. Whatever. by getting employees that actually care for people. Listen to what people say about how they feel and provide the proper care for the patients. Give the same care that you would want your loved ones to have. That's how the hospital can improve.
My aunt had a panic attack, nearest hospital was here. Linda the nurse asked something to her and my aunt couldn’t talk, she was mumbling in Spanish, Linda the fake blonde with lots of makeup and a lot of jewerly told her “this is america, you need to speak English”. We are consulting with legal help. Do not recommend thos hospital.
