I was driving through the area when my granddaughter had a sudden medical emergency. We left the freeway for the nearest hospital. Her parents accompanied her into the ER where she was well cared for, but I was not allowed to go with them. I waited in the lobby on the other side of the building for a while until I was told I had to leave because they were locking the doors. I had to wait in my car... There are a number of points here that I'd like to review with you, if you don't mind, like when this incident took place. The front lobby waiting area does close every evening at 9 p.m.; however, you should have been able to stay in the ER waiting area that is open 24/7. Not customer service skills whatsoever Nurses are the worst ever omg no compassion No feelings towards patients the rooms are not clean and last thing the food omg nasty � I just go there only for emergency only they don't have bilingual staff they were violated my civil rights so many things ok thank you

My mom was a patient she was transferred to this getho hospital the nurses are very rude it was a bad experience for my mom i really really don't recommend this hospital at all...
My mom liked that hospital she was there 15 days most of the nurses were very nice some had horrible attitudes 2 of the ladies that give the visiting passes are very rude ok hospita not bad besides the bad attitudes
The hospital is not I repeat is not clean, mole in the bathroom, I have never in my life seen anything like that.air condition not working. TV us so dark you can't see the faces, and parking is a joke, to high
