A family member of mine recently had surgery there and all the staff there was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed thereby the staff. Ada, the nurse that prepared my family member for surgery was the best. She made us feel like family. Thank you Ada!
The communication from doctors to the family is atrocious. The Dr. that was suppose to call me after he performed a procedure on my mother never called, claimed to leave a message on my vm. I don't have vm set up on my phone so I know that's a complete lie. The nurses are wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Once again the Dr. Lerner is terrible at communication and honesty!
The staff of the 5th floor west was very very nice. From the day nurses Audrey to Rokko the nite nurses and all the rest that made sure I was comfortable despite my discomfort in pain. May God continue to bless them all and the registration young lady and er nurses...my whole interaction from the time I got to the emergency to the time I was released was very very welcoming. Thank you all for you help

When i got there the waiting room was full there was a man sitting in the waiting room and his finger was hangin off and he said he been there for an hour already
I walked in thinking it was the worst hospital ever but i walked out with a change of heart good hard working people working there who really care service was very quick and efficient but the ER need to be upgraded
The doctors are down to earth, with so much patience and very sympathetic in treating their patients. The nursing staff are very attentive and courteous to the patients assigned to them. This is my favorite hospital.
