They over charge you they are more than any other company and there work is garbage they tend to hire people that don’t know what they’re doing. Kitchener manager also likes to argue with the customer when the customer calls them out on his shit for him, not knowing it just ask some of the companies they’ve done work for. I would do your research before you hire them
