As Maintenance Manager, I work with alot of vendor. But when I can find a vendor in a specific area that we like working with for a variety of reasons, that allows me to build a relationship, they get to know my facilities, our payment system. It makes things easier, but when we get to bring a vendor on like Centimark, whose team and work are outstanding in every area. That is just amazing. do not work for one of their contractors named erlan,does not pay so that something similar to what happened to me does not happen to them.
