Updated: I had a very disappointing experience for my first appointment but Dr. Fyke reached out & is remedying the situation. So I am editing my review to reflect his concern & good customer service. I will update again after giving CenTex Spine & Rehab a second chance. 👍
RecommendedI cannot say enough about Dr.Fyke and his staff over at CenTex Spine and rehab. The facility is top-of-the-line. I highly recommend them if you have any type of injury or rehabilitation that you need to get done.

RecommendedWent in today to see Dr Fyke barely able to walk my back was hurting so bad. I walked out about an hour later standing upright and pain free!!! Would recommend Center Spine in a heart beat!!! Thank you so much Shawn for once again "fixing" me!!
