This place lacks leadership that appreciates and respects the employees horrible place to work.
Excellent quality and on time delivery of complex parts.
This company can be over the top,but isn’t. Unfortunately the shop manager is very rude,impolite,and very disrespectful. Run the shop like a concentration camp. Not the place to submit an application for working.
The Ownership and shop management are Horrific and demeaning! The shop is very dirty and unorganized. The CNC Supervisor is Horrific as well, not only does he degrade people but is hostile to the shop floor Machinists. Human resources as well as the owners are aware, complicit and in agreement with this confrontational behavior. Many people have left the company for this reason and new hires remain for weeks and quit.
Great company. The Centex team always goes above and beyond to meet our ever-changing demands and deadlines. Very professional and always reliable. Thank you Centex.
