The moment I got injured at my job I dreaded the physical therapy. Centex quickly changed my mindset. Day one I felt comfortable with the doctors and staff. Environment was comfortable, people were amazingly friendly and the facility was nice and clean! I definitely would recommend anyone that needs therapy from a work injury, please come to Centex. The staff are genuinely invested in patient care and it shows. Thank you Centex!
Please be aware when requesting an impairment rating. Dr. Shea will try to talk you into putting off submitting the impairment rating and into getting more surgical procedures. I'm not sure that it's because they don't want to lose patients or the money. I had a few surgeries, but my pain only got worse even after therapy. He gave me a very low impairment rating and didn't conduct a thorough assessment.
