They have been messing up on appointments for the lady that I care for, scheduled her for labs on LABOR DAY, we went anyway and of course it was closed. They dont call to conform future appointments anymore so days get missed. There is NO communication in that office among staff when it comes to the patient.
This is my moms primary care doctors office. She calls me after each visit to let me know how friendly, responsive, and educational the staff and doctors are. Toya at the front desk is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to make patients feel special and heard. Bravo!
Great customer service
I am in need of a pcp that actually listens and makes an effort to address my problem. It's seems that it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
