I had gotten some very bad news and out of all people I frankly remember Makya (I think front desk) being so compassionate and empathetic I truly recommend this place to everyone because of her and the way I was treated overall!
Dr. Leisa Covington worst Dr. ever.. When I say run, I mean run.. No bedside manors at all.. I was sick with my diabetes levels running very high. She called me and told me she was busy with other members.. I had a follow up appt with her after being admitted and released from the hospital and she told Me to find me another Dr.. She did not have the time or patience for me.. I been seeing the NP at this location and never experienced nothing like this..
The lack of empathy & lack of customer service that I have received as an 80% disabled veteran is appalling. I have been calling for 2 days now to fill a much needed prescription that nurse practitioner Trickera Sims assured me she submitted. The medication is well documented in my medical records and there is no reason why they cannot refill this particular medication. According to the pharmacist Trickera did not submit the prescription.
