Don't need to write a long review. They are absolutely the worst healthcare provider I have been with and I am 72 years old. Just visited my primary care doctor after making the effort to make the appointment when I've been in severe pain for a long time. He says "well what do you want me to do about it". I say make some effort to diagnose the cause. He implies that's beyond their scope. They didn't even take a blood sample this or previous examination. This is regarding the Conviva (what an obnoxious name) in Stuart, Florida. My PCP gave up his private office and became associated with this outfit, and they suck. I used to be able to call my PCP schedule an appointment, or talk directly to him on the phone. Now I have to go through a "Call Center" and they "pass" the message on...maybe. My last visit which was for an annual check up, I went to the reception desk and this girl had her lunch/breakfast (?) spread out over her desk and was chowing down..and it stunk (imo). ... read more
If I could give less I would! What I have been through in the last six days is unbelievable! So be cautious with these people! And all I did was break a wrist! Course that was on the 13 when I called them, n now I’m paying 250 plus cause they can’t get their insurance codes right , but there y go’! I’m done
For Centerwell Primary care, Hunters Creek, Kissimmee, FL, Dr. to us, Dr. Rosario is knowledgeable, skillful, and pays extraordinary attention to detail. Her establishment is lucky to have an extremely helpful staff member team, particularly Ms. Luz and Ms Sully. The office staff is wonderful, and the physicians are kind and understanding. My wife and I chose CenterWell because their specialty is excellent senior care. The first doctor we went to had a style that was a bit different than I expected, but caring. After this doctor left the practice, we were given Dr. Gitnacht. What a relief and total joy he has been.
