Mom was in the hospital back in mid-June and was paired with Centerwell Health upon discharge. I couldn't have asked for a better match. Amy and Heidi were amazing. I wish we could get them back. I gave four stars simply because Mom was up for recertification but ended up in the hospital again for 2 wks mid Aug. Amy was on vacay for that final visit and Heidi called for PT after mom had already been admitted to the hospital. Needless to say I never heard anything back one way or another. My mom has been under a different home health care for almost a year. She was sent to a rehabilitation center. When she came home, we chose to go with CenterWell Home Health this time. We absolutely love that we have the same team members every week! Before, we saw someone different almost every visit. Amy, Hazel, and Heidi have seen my mom for almost 2 weeks and have done more than the other Home health agency did in months. Very compassionate and caring nurses when I needed the most. Physical therapy was great.

The past 2½ years I've been dealing with a diabetic foot ulcer. The past 2 years Centerwell has been treating it. Every nurse that came over was nice and treated me with respect. I want to specifically give praise to my current nurse Brian. He really knows what he is doing and after 2½ years I'm finally almost completely healed. I had completely lost hope that it would heal before he came along.
