Center welcome was excellent from start to finish everyone was so kind helpful And I do mean everyone they gave my Mom excellent care From Nursing to OT and PT They are all wonderful I truly going to miss all the care they gave to my Mom she definitely improved because of the staff Thanks 🙏 to all of you guys.I want say names but it was the Entire team They were heaven sent
Centerwell has treated me and encouraged me to be healthier. Together we have made great strides in my recovery. A partial list of the personnel include Roy, Lisa, John, Rodel, Francis, Angela, Syed, Michelle, Larissa and others...too many to list. They fought for my health improvement and I have the proof. Many thanks to Centerwell for going above and beyond the call of duty.
My husband was recently in Howard County Hospital for eleven (11) days. They ruled out a heart attack but never decided on a definitive diagnosis. We were contacted by CenterWell for home care and physical therapy. We were SO happy that Rodel M. was our "PT Guy Extraordinaire"! My husband is 82 and feeling depressed not knowing what had happened to him. Rodel arrived and was SO encouraging and gave us both hope that he would be okay. Center well is the best operation to assist you with rehab excercises. I had a young lady named Jameka who did an excellent job of giving me excercises and clear cut instructions on how to do them properly . She helped me considering that when we began I could hardly get out of my chair. Is he is a nice young lady and I appreciate her help and patience.
the intimacy and professionalism of each staff brought to my home was exceptional. there was no question they couldn't answer and each response was with care and knowledgeable. I am going to miss the team that took care of me and assisted my wife. special shout to Miss Jackie and the physical therapy team. Love your so much.
