When they do show up they are never ready, have no clue what the patient's condition is ( they don't check orders from doctors ahead of the visit, when they receive orders they ignore them so you have to nag them to get them to complete doctor's orders, or they claim that they never received orders after multiple providers sent them same order multiple times and have receipts of the orders sent... read more
They are all really great and friendly people they really help you teach you things that are easier to do when you are having health issues. They show a different way to get in the shower whitch makes it a whole lot easier.
