I had to terminate service due to neglect, the social worker assigned to my case ghosted me. I called asking for resources. I'm mentally and physically disabled and needed extra help finding resources to meet my other needs. I called her phone, the office and even my RN called her, nothing! It's been 3 weeks. I would recommend finding another home health agency. I contacted CenterWell Home Health to arrange physical therapy for my aunt. I provided all of the requested information, including her Medicare Advantage insurance, and her provider promptly faxed the referral. After multiple follow-up calls, I was first told they hadn't received the referral, then later told they weren't accepting her insurance—even though they were contracted with her plan. BE AWARE! RNs at this home health agency are 98% of the time are either sick or have reasons why they can't come to see the patient. When they do show up they are never ready, have no clue what the patient's condition is ( they don't check orders from doctors ahead of the visit, when they receive orders they ignore them so you have to nag them to get them to complete doctor's orders, or they claim that they never received orders after multiple providers sent them same order multiple times and have receipts of the orders sent... read more

They are all really great and friendly people they really help you teach you things that are easier to do when you are having health issues. They show a different way to get in the shower whitch makes it a whole lot easier.
