I had called because I was told that this is the company that had received a referral for a family friend after her discharge from TCU. The person that I talked with on the phone was very rude and dismissive. She said that they have worked in the past and would refuse to take her back as a patient, so instead of problem solving and trying to assist a vulnerable adult they said to 'figure it out'. My partner recently came home from an extended hospital stay. This has been. a terrible experience. No followup. No contact. He was home for more than a week before anyone contacted us. A nurse finally came to do an intake after 9 days. She said he would have someone coming over 3 times/week for wound care. No body called to set up another appointment. The therapist and nurses who came for care were wonderful. The low rating is due to their lack of communication and scheduling. Therapists and nurses would just show up at the home without warning. They did not communicate with patient or family to tell them when they were coming. I can’t imagine how many times they might show up and no one is at home. VERY frustrating to deal with. When I would try to call to get info I was on hold and bounced between many people to get an answer. They need to find a better system.
