Colette is a liar. She said she’d been trying to call all week w no response so she cancelled the referral for PT. She called 4 times…at 12:04 pm… 4 calls within ONE MINUTE…and on the last call she left a message saying she was cancelling the referral. I let my insurance know about this so they don’t ever use this company again. Call logs don’t lie!!

I was working with physical therapists I have to say that they were all extremely nice. They all knew what they were doing. And, they were very accommodating when I couldn’t make my appointments. I had a very positive experience with them. I learned a lot. Thank you so much.

The staff is great, they are patient and observant of her reactions to their ideas. The only downside is sometimes they don’t contact for the next appointment until late in the day prior to wanting the appointment so it is difficult to plan a schedule.

Centerwell nurses and PT have been wonderful to work with. They all try to schedule at a convenient time for both my parents. We feel fortunate to have them as part of the care team. With both parents in their 90’s it is comforting to have caregivers who understand the personalities and challenges of their age. Thank you to all at Centerwell.
