I truly wish I could give a positive recommendation, but our experience was very upsetting. After my family member was discharged from the hospital, we waited eight days without hearing from a nurse or therapist despite a referral being sent and multiple calls being made. Early rehabilitation is incredibly important for elderly patients, and that lost time can have a significant impact on recovery. In the end, we had to find care elsewhere.
