Horrible customer service. Can't get a hold of corporate office to complain. A terrible home care agency. Stay away.
Unfortunately, we have had to hire several home health agencies in the past year. After experiencing on boarding, PTs, on call staff, and supervisors, I can say that Centerwell Live Oak staff is the best you will find anywhere! If you need PT, request Mina!! She loves her job and you feel it the minute she walks in the door. She thinks outside the box, is kind, thoughtful, and brilliant at what she does. Thank you so much Mina for all you've done for us!
The nurses were super nice. They knew what they needed to do. They were cautious to prevent me having extra pain. I fully trusted the nurses and would recommend Centerwell Home Health.
