Amazing staff! I have to say Dr. Russo and Carolina made a very “traumatic experience in my 12 year old daughters eyes” into a caring and understanding environment. my daughter Gracie had a lot of anxiety leading up to and during her extractions . Both Dr. Russo and Carolina made her feel safe and told her everything they would be doing, using calming voices, holding her hands during and after, cheering her on when she didn’t think she could do another pull. Dr. Do an the staff are outstanding. Dr.Do is a perfectionist with great skills . The office staff is very accommodating and friendly.
