I have had so many appointments where the provider does not show up or even call. I was told today my provider was running late and would call me later. I waited 3 hours until the place closed and no call. This has affected my mental health negatively and I am in a depression now and feel at loss.
Very friendly. Very nice atmosphere. Very nice environment. I recommend going here if you need help with mental drug reveal it rehabilitation
rude staff and can’t keep their schedules straight. they fail to communicate with clients about appointments and meetings and since they can’t own up to their mistakes they blame it on the client!! this is outrageous and ridiculous behavior. DO BETTER and GROW UP! people come here to get their lives straightened out and you guys do nothing to help and screw people over. it’s a shame.
Dr's office sent in two referrals with no calls to find out they don't take referrals and you have to do a walk in evaluation from 8 am to 2. Ok so what happens for the people that actually have jobs and can't come during those hours. Obviously if someone is getting referred they need counseling. Very disappointed, they could have at least contacted by Dr back to inform they about their practices.
