I’ve went to therapy here for years on and off. They are not equipped to deal with severe mental health. I don’t get anything out of it and it’s upsetting. I need DBT therapy and when I asked about it they didn’t even know what it was. ( dbt therapy is therapy for people with severe mental illnesses like bpd) and they go through therapist a lot. I wish we had more options because this place is a mess honestly. I feel hopeless
