I rate them a 1 star now. I was getting cortisone shots in my back and they want me to schedule a follow up appointment after ever time to say yes they work and I want to proceed. I get shots in my hips and knee elsewhere and they don't do this. It's like they just want extra money and to waste my time.
My Pain Doc., while at all times being Professional, has a certain way of putting folks at ease. In one of his rooms that mainly deal t with injections/pump refills & more(?) He always has music playing, which can affect people in many ways! Doc. T. Shabandar is truly gifted! His knowledge & talents + his calm yet precise demeanor, makes me EXTREMELY happy that a previous Doc.(Doc. B. AALAEI, M.D. D.A.B.A.) referred me to Doc. T Shabandar!
