I'm in a powered wheelchair and the left front tire came off its rim. I cannot fix myself (tried) because my hands don't work much. Was on phone with them for 2 hours because for you to get work done on your wheelchair you have to get a doctor's note, ummm how the hell can I get to a doctor with a broken wheel? They keep giving me the runaround whenever I try to change my name from my deadname. Lied and said they changed it in the system, and they haven’t. So I have to keep using my deadname in the hospital and on medications. I go to the hospital A LOT, due to my health issues. Hence, this is a MAJOR inconvenience. I sincerely hope someone with authority, common sense and compassion is put in charge of what hard working, heavily burdened EVERYDAY AMERICANS truly deserve because when I'm of "Medicare Age", I don't want to have to consult a tarot card reader to find out what a blood test during a routine physical could tell me. Shame, shame, shame on the powers that be, who's families are never affected by the decisions they make so flippantly for the general public!!
