Incompetent staff, it's a 1 because my phone is always n service, I came 2 appointment the lady got on the phone while I'm standing at the window 4 15 minutes. Why not tell me b4 u talked on the phone. Also I was charged $380 4 insoles which look like they came off a drug store shelf & it took 6 months.
I did not appreciate the way the receptionist was short with me and rude. I will never go back, I didn’t even get a chance to meet the doctor.
