Well from seeing the reviews this place hasn't changed much SMH, I did my application for the intake interview back in September 2025, I was put in the waiting cue list. And it is now June 16th 2026 and still have not heard nothing from this place. I even emailed Rebecca to ask because it's taken soo long...no parent should have to wait this long to see their kids. 😮💨😭 This place is all about putting kids first but it truly not only effects the parents but the kids having to wait so long just to see their parents. my therapist/counselor is amazing her nae is belinda and i would definitely recommend anyone who needs something like this
Getting an appointment is hard, because the councilors are wonderful. My counciler I have seen off and on since 2016. Be patient and continue to touch base. You'll get your appointment
I highly recommend Florence she helped me trough so much this is a great place to get the help you need
