Lived here about three months. Management was very smooth in our application and on-boarding. Have had one service request put in on the online portal and they came the next day. The area is very nice and feels safe. And it is quite affordable for the springs. Even if I have a problem in the future, it is hard to rate this lower than 5 stars for an apartment complex unless something seriously changes about the property.
My family and I have lived here for 9++++ years and we love it, the area is clean and quiet it’s like your tucked away with great views, Shelley is very kind and friendly if I ever have a problem or a maintenance fix she gets right on it. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to come here prices are reasonable and you are close to schools and good food
Pour customers service. Never pic up the phone and staff is confrontational
Just a bit of advice to anyone getting ready to move out. I spoke with Shelly today regarding my cleaning deposit. If you get a professional carpet cleaning, they will reimburse you (up to 95$) if you do not, they will charge you 95$ so be sure to have this done and save your receipt as it will be free to you. Making sense of this??? No? Me either
