Just a bit of advice to anyone getting ready to move out. I spoke with Shelly today regarding my cleaning deposit. If you get a professional carpet cleaning, they will reimburse you (up to 95$) if you do not, they will charge you 95$ so be sure to have this done and save your receipt as it will be free to you. Making sense of this??? No? Me either
I live in a larger 1 bedroom and it's plenty for a single person. The staff is great and the views are awesome. The only thing I'm regretting is the complex wants to turn this beautiful wood fireplace into electric. Im an experienced wood burner and i feel this is wrong. This is the centerpiece of the apartment
Thank heavens I was not approved. I get it, that is fine, but to be treated like I am a lower than a snail is horrible. Also was denied by a text, not a phone call, that started off with " Great Day, JC, you have been denied......." Seriously, "Great Day" I should of been suspicious when I was told to bring them $550 money order, NOT Cashier check, with the pay to the order of to remain BLANK.
