Cruel, redundant psychological abuse
My typical ER is St. Lukes but they have gone downhill horribly. My primary doctor is still within St. Lukes which surprisingly gets good reviews. Today at Centerpoint the entire experience was positive. Everyone me and my mom came in contact with was remarkable. There was minimum wait time. From front desk to discharge incredible. 3 weeks ago my wife and I had our first experience at Centerpoint Labor and Delivery with the birth of our 5th child. I don't often write reviews, and what I had always heard about Centerpoint was very critical so I feel compelled to share our story.
