Pros: - Good location, close to downtown - Close to stores like restaurants and liquor. - Secure Entrance requiring Key Fob. - Relatively fast service request fulfillments. Cons: - No Central AC, it's a steam powered AC? Flips from heat to cold or vise versa depending on the season.
