I agree with Erin's review. Everything she said was true. We also signed up for the Estate Manager program.We only communicated with Carol, one of the partners. I can see that she would bend over backwards for the clients but she's not professional with the estate managers such as ourselves. She said we were not working for her but yet she treated us like subordinates and spoke in condescending tone in many occasions which we did not appreciate. The Owner of this company is amazing and has a work ethic and prowess that go far above and beyond. I have worked with her company on MANY occasions over the past years and have seen the work that goes into much of what they do. Professional, HIGHLY effective, Clean and Organized are only a few of the words that I would use to describe the work that this company does on a regular basis. Carol was a pleasure to work with. She was on time for all of our appointments, had tight follow up with questions we had and importantly, she worked in earnest with me on what would be an optimal living situation for me of the portfolio she was trying to stage. As far as the experience as an Estate Manager, I found the process to be smooth and easy. CSS came in handy for communicating showings.
